Vacancy Inside Sales Engineer

That is why we are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer who can bring structure, streamline processes, and help realize commercial opportunities. You will ensure that our Sales Engineers can do what they do best: have valuable conversations with the right customers at the right time.

What will you be doing?

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you are the indispensable link behind the scenes of our sales team. You work closely with Sales Engineers in various specializations: Survey, 3D, Detection, Machine Control, and Agriculture Solutions.

  • You qualify leads and determine which customers are interesting for follow-up by our field sales team.
  • You will schedule appointments for product demos—an average of six per Sales Engineer per week.
  • You will analyze sales data: why does one deal work and another not?
  • You will prepare customer meetings, manage the CRM, and provide support in communication and documentation.
  • You will balance the workload: you will maintain an overview and ensure structure within the team.

In short: you are the director of the sales process. Smart, supportive, and efficient.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a commercial environment.
  • You communicate clearly, think proactively, and enjoy structure.
  • You enjoy switching between multiple departments and systems.
  • You are independent, solution-oriented, and have a good sense of commerce.
  • You are available for 32 or 40 hours per week.
  • You preferably live in the Randstad, due to travel time to the office in Mijdrecht.

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,190 and €3,756 (based on 40 hours per week).
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
  • 200 hours of vacation per year (based on 40 hours).
