Yuneec H520E-RTK

The Yuneec H520E-RTK drone features the same specifications as the H520E and is additionally equipped with RTK support. With the H520E-RTK, users can perform large-scale photogrammetric measurements with high precision, within a range of 1 – 1.5 cm. This is useful for surveyors and other users who need professional and accurate orthophotomaps, 3D models or other geo-data. The RTK system also helps the drone remain stable during inspections in places where GPS alone does not work well, for example near tall buildings.

Reliable, stable and accurate

The RTK system is indispensable for commercial applications where the highest precision is required. For example, in 3D mapping with software such as Stonex Cube-3d. Using RTK, fewer photographs are required, reducing flight times and the time needed to generate point clouds. In addition, the drone operator can fly much closer to the desired object during inspections, as the drone’s position in flight is also accurate to the centimetre. This is also useful for comparing multiple photos taken on different days, for example to track and document the progress of a construction project.

No transfer to external servers!

Your data is yours. The H520E-RTK Hexacopter and the ST16 remote control communicate directly, so there is no involuntary data transfer to servers in China, Germany or anywhere else in the world. Neither flight data, nor images, videos or log files are forwarded to external servers and remain in your possession. So your data is optimally protected.

Hot-swappable payload options

All our H520E-RTK cameras are hot-swappable on our Yuneec drone platforms, saving significant time as the UAV system does not need to be switched off/rebooted. This also ensures consistent data storage, instead of using multiple storage devices-and locations. Whether capturing thermal images or long focal length data, memory cards can be swapped from device to device.

More efficient and accurate with network RTK

The Yuneec H520E-RTK works optimally when combined with real-time kinematic (RTK) corrections. By using an RTK network, there is no need to deploy your own base station to work with centimetre accuracy. Save costs for purchasing and a lot of time in setting up a GNSS base station.
