At Geodirect, you always know where to go. Our Support Engineers are here to help when equipment, software, or workflows do not perform as expected. They understand the work of surveyors, site managers, and project leaders, ensuring you can get back to work without long wait times or complicated procedures. For us, support is not a ticket number, but direct contact with someone who understands your question.
Assistance from specialists in the field
When you get stuck on a setting, a link with an external application fails, or a project file does not load correctly, you receive help from people who work with the same systems daily. Whether it concerns GNSS, total stations, 3D scanning, detection systems, machine control, or field software, our specialists think along with you, determine the right steps together, and ensure you can continue without delays on the construction site or in the field.
The support department is also the point of contact for users working with new equipment for the first time. You receive guidance in a way that aligns with your practical work, so you don’t have to search through manuals when under time pressure.
Availability and workflow
Our support department is available on workdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you call and all our Support Engineers are busy, the reception will note your name and contact number. You will then be called back within a few minutes, or at a later time if that suits you better. This means you don’t have to stay on hold and you maintain control over your time.
For questions outside our opening hours, or when it is not urgent, you can email support@geodirect.nl. We always respond within one working day and, whenever possible, within thirty minutes. This keeps your work process running and ensures you know what to expect.
Online support
For technical questions that are difficult to explain over the phone, we offer remote support via TeamViewer. With your permission, our specialists can view your Windows, Mac, iOS, or Android system. They analyze what is happening immediately, adjust settings where necessary, and guide you step-by-step. You don’t need to collect screenshots, photos, or videos, and the risk of miscommunication is significantly reduced. You will receive the correct TeamViewer plugin from us for remote support.
When our support staff asks you for remote assistance, you can easily download the TeamViewer support plugin and connect immediately. No hassle, just fast and effective support.

The best support happens when the basics are in order. Therefore, assistance from our support department is free of charge for users who have completed a classroom or custom training session with us. You will then have the fundamental knowledge required to follow instructions, understand settings, and perform adjustments independently. This ensures you are helped quickly and that every contact moment is meaningful.
